I bought an amp pedal but had to return it. I spoke with Curtis and he was very helpful. The refund was processed as soon as the item returned via post. Always a good sign when the company is very helpful regardless if they are making coin from the transaction. I will shop with them again.

I bought a Squier CV 50s Strat from The Rock Inn and got it delivered to Sydney in no time. To my surprise, the guitar came with a small issue (crackling pots) but their customer service went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fully resolved. Thank you for the great customer service, very happy with my new Strat! Would definitely buy from them again.

Great customer service and great value for money purchasing second hand amp and cab from The Rock Inn! Both arrived promptly and sound great. Prices were notably cheaper than brand new though aside from minimal signs of physical wear and tear the quality of the sound is as good as new. Based in VIC but will continue to shop here, thank you Rock Inn, rock on!

He was very knowledgeable about guitars and took the time to answer all of the questions for my partner who is just starting to learn acoustic guitar.He was patient, friendly, and made my partner Helen and I feel welcome in the shop.
